This month’s edition includes an update on IAG’s progress towards completing its reinstatement programme by the end of 2015, soundbites from two Insurance Panel discussions we took part in as a key partner of the CERA Rebuild & Recovery Expo held in April and a summary of last month’s IAG Customer Forums. We also have news of two new roles specifically established to provide customers with emotional support throughout their claim.
